After graduating from Texas ATM University, I worked all over the United States only to return to Central Texas and wonder why I left, even for a short time. As a 5th generation German from Fredericksburg Texas, I have come to love the Texas Hill Country and call it my forever home.

I can remember driving between Fredericksburg to Stonewall 50 years ago along highway 290 and admiring the land along the way and always had a love for real estate. I have had a real estate license since 1997, but always found myself buying instead of selling property.

With my building construction, farm and ranch management, and property insurance back ground, I have developed a keen eye for defects and intrinsic value of property. Being the owner of Farm and Ranch property, commercial property, short term rentals, and long term rentals, I have a good grasp of property use, value, and management.
